Field Sales Representatives
We're always looking for exceptional field sales talent throughout the entire United States. Representatives are paid on a monthly basis on gross sales. Exclusive territories may be available for highly driven reps.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Making outside sales calls and setting up appointments to close sales. Cultivate relationships with clients. Plan outside sales territory routes to maximize sales outcomes. Prioritize and manage multiple relationships and responsibilities. Draft new business sales proposals. Close the sale of new business prospects.

Courthouse Researchers
We're always looking for talented individuals experienced in searching court records on a regular basis. Individuals must be experienced in researching various court records and with the overall court system.

Researcher Guidelines:

You (or someone from your company) must physically obtain records from the counties you provide. You cannot outsource your work. This will be verified prior to utilizing your services.
You must be able to input results via our web site and receive your requests via email or FRS. You must include date of charge, type of charge, charge level, case number, disposition date, disposition, sentence information and any notes relevant to the case of any records you find.
Your fee, excluding court access fees, must not be higher than $4.00 per request per county. We are aware of the courts that do in fact have a court access fee. If you currently pay more than $4.00, contact us, as we may be able to lower your costs.
Your turnaround time (TAT) must not exceed 48 hours. If your TAT is longer than 48 hours (except in known areas, clerk search, etc.) please do not list that county. Our average TAT for all clients is generally less than 48 hours. For areas where we have multiple/duplicate researchers, we will choose the lowest cost and fastest turnround time to send our work to for processing.
If your state requires a private investigators license, business license or other type of license to obtain criminal or civil public records, you will be required to provide a copy of your license to us.
